Working hours/work-life balance
We were one of the first Munich veterinary clinics to introduce electronic time recording for our employees.
Overtime is compensated promptly in time off.
On day duty, the longest scheduled duty period is 8 hours.
The doctors‘ night duty lasts a maximum of 9 hours, with two doctors and an assisting famulant present as a matter of principle. Shifts begin at 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. respectively.
Veterinary assistants are only on day duty, late duty and – if they are part of the surgery/anesthesia team – on-call duty. Night duty only takes place within the framework of on-call duty.
There are, of course, supplements for night and weekend duties.
Cooperation with a local day care center
Monthly duty rosters are released at least 6 weeks before the beginning of the month. This also makes it easy to plan time off.

Many of our positions are offered part-time as well as full-time.
As a full-time employee, you will benefit from flexible working hours in shifts
Company pension plan and benefits
Additional payments to a company pension plan

Travel allowances that cover the cost of the 365-euro annual MVV ticket for trainees, for example

Language Skills
Please note, that in all positions German language skills of at least B1 or better are required.
If you haven’t reached the B1-level in German yet, but you are able to speak English fluently, you can still apply in advance: in certain positions it is possible to start working with A1 or A2-level if you commit to achieve the B2-level up to a certain date.
